Please give a standing ovation to our next group of speakers: Dario Jazbec Hrvatin, Syed Balkhi, Alexandra Draghici, Marina Pape, and Jen Miller. They are storytellers, writers, marketers, and experts in the art of communicating content on the web.

Dario Jazbec Hrvatin – How to write to achieve your goals – writing tips for everyone

Dario is a documentation manager and usability consultant with OnTheGoSystems, creators of the WPML and Toolset plugins. He firmly believes that simplicity and ease-of-use, of both documentation and products, is of utmost importance for making a great product. In his talk, “How to write to achieve your goals – writing tips for everyone,” Dario will offer usable, everyday, and simple to implement writing tips that can be used by every web worker in their daily work.

Syed Balkhi – How to Repurpose Your Content to Boost Your Traffic

Syed is the creator of WPBeginner, one of the largest free WordPress resource sites on the web, as well as several other successful web-based ventures. In “How to repurpose your content to boost your traffic,” he’ll highlight actionable strategies that you can use to make your most popular blog posts work even harder for you.

Alexandra Draghici – 3 Gifts My Users Gave Me

While working in project and product management at CaptainForm, Alexandra developed a deep interest in analysing user behaviour and building solutions tailored to their needs. She believes that each market comes with a beautiful and unique user typology, that simply needs to be understood and addressed in a specific way. “3 gifts my users gave me” will focus on 3 lessons Alexandra’s received as a result of her user-centered approach to product development.

Marina Pape – Lessons learnt marketing WooCommerce since July 2014

As you may guess from the title of her talk, “Lessons learnt marketing WooCommerce since July 2014,” Marina has been a core part of the WooCommerce marketing team for three years. She currently leads the half of WooCommerce’s marketing team responsible for demand generation and retention, and spends her days storytelling, launching products, talking to customers, and writing poems about the sea. A lot has changed in WooCommerce since 2014 and, in her talk, Marina will discuss lessons she’s learnt along the way.

Jen Miller – Local SEO – Creating Website Content That Matters Regionally

Jen combined her journalism background with her passion for customer service and marketing to build NeedSomeoneToBlog.com, a blogging service focused on delivering highly-targeted, local search engine optimised blogging and page content. At WordCamp Europe, she’ll share her expertise in “Creating website content that matters regionally.” Jen’s talk will explore how website creators can change client results by recognising the impact consistency, social promotion, relevancy, area-sensitive keywords and quality writing play in converting generalised text into content that matters.
